Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 6:28 PM ET) -- LegalZoom.com Inc. said Monday it had reached a settlement agreement with a class of Missouri consumers accusing the company of unlawfully practicing the law in the state by charging fees for the preparation of legal documents via the Internet.
