Nonprofit Blasts Kellogg's Challenge To Toucan Logo

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 7:24 PM ET) -- The Maya Archaeology Initiative fired back Monday against a claim by cereal giant Kellogg Co. that its use of a toucan image in its logo infringed the cereal giant's trademarked Toucan Sam character, arguing that the two images were nothing alike.
