Google Throws Next Punch In Microsoft Tiff

Law360, New York (June 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the first clash of the high-tech titans since Microsoft Corp. blasted it for its DoubleClick Inc. deal, Google Inc. has filed a complaint with the Department of Justice saying its rival's Vista operating system violates antitrust law with its desktop search tool.
