Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 8:54 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday ruled for Allergan Inc. in four consolidated patent suits accusing generic-drug makers of infringing patents for glaucoma medication Combigan.
After a bench trial, U.S. District Judge T. John Ward ruled that Sandoz Inc., Alcon Laboratories Inc. and its affiliates Apotex Inc. and Watson Laboratories Inc. infringed four Allergan patents in their efforts to market a generic version of Combigan.
