Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 3:37 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday refused to invalidate two patents for interactive website technology that Eolas Technologies Inc. has asserted against a slew of technology and retail companies, including Google Inc., Adobe Systems Inc. and Citigroup Inc.
U.S. District Judge Leonard Davis ruled that the remaining defendants had not offered clear and convincing evidence showing that several of the patent claims were invalid for indefiniteness, while resolving disputes among the parties over how to define a dozen disputed terms in the claims.
