KBR Demands $2M In Fees From Alleged Rape Victim

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 1:30 PM ET) -- Defense contractor KBR Inc. last week demanded more than $2 million in attorneys' fees and costs from a former employee who claimed she was raped by several co-workers while working for the company in Iraq, saying her claims were frivolous and unfounded.
