Biofuel Co. Blasts Counsel Over Failed Exxon Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 4:56 PM ET) -- A biofuel manufacturer asked a New Mexico federal judge Tuesday for permission to renew its antitrust suit against Exxon Mobil Corp., blaming its former attorneys at Gray Plant Mooty for the recent dismissal.
