Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 6:55 PM ET) -- A Missouri federal judge reaffirmed Tuesday that Monsanto Co. must produce documents related to the reissue of a seed gene patent in its suit alleging DuPont Co. unlawfully incorporated the gene into its own herbicide-resistant seeds.
