USI Seeks High Court Ruling On Copyright Claim Accrual

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 8:09 PM EDT) -- Insurer USI MidAtlantic Inc. this month asked the U.S. Supreme Court to clarify when the statute of limitations starts to run for copyright claims and whether prejudgment interest should be awarded for such claims, hoping to overturn a nearly $23.6 million award against it.
