HP Latest To Hit AUO With Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 4:02 PM ET) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. hit AU Optronics Corp. with an antitrust lawsuit Friday in California federal court, alleging the Taiwanese company took part in an international conspiracy to fix prices for thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels.
