Duncan Dodges Investor Suit Over $2.5B Enterprise Deal

Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Duncan Energy Partners LP won dismissal Wednesday of one of several putative investor class actions that sought to prevent the natural gas transporter's $2.5 billion sale to ex-parent Enterprise Products Partners LP, which the plaintiffs said woefully undervalued the company.
