BraunHagey Picks Up SEC Trial Lawyer In San Francisco

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 3:23 PM ET) -- BraunHagey LLP said Thursday that U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission trial lawyer Mark P. Fickes, who has led options backdating cases against executives at Apple Inc., semiconductor company Maxim Integrated Products Inc. and others, has joined the San Francisco firm.

Fickes has served as lead attoreny on 60 state and federal jury trials throughout his career. Most recently, he spent seven years at the SEC, where he led trials and investigations into insider trading, market manipulation, research analyst collusion financial fraud and Ponzi schemes, as well...
