Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 5:34 PM ET) -- A Michigan post office supervisor pled guilty Wednesday to his role in a six-year kickbacks scheme involving $13 million in post office maintenance contracts.
Jeffrey Adams, 50, copped to helping steer $13 million in contracts for repairs to post office vehicles to a Detroit-based auto repair company in exchange for $50,000 in cash bribes, a Chevrolet Malibu, thousands of dollars in free car parts and service, and a $40,000 loan for the purchase of a condominium.
