Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 2:04 PM ET) -- Patent-licensing group Ogma LLC on Wednesday reached an agreement in the U.S. International Trade Commission that lets Lego A/S and Optoma Corp. off the hook over Ogma's broad allegations that more than two dozen electronics companies are infringing one of two patents.
Video projector maker Optoma — along with affiliate Optoma Technology Inc. — resolved claims that it co-opted an image display system patent held by Ogma, while the patent group withdrew its allegations that Lego A/S, doing business as Lego Group, and Lego Systems Inc....
