Argentum To Pay Noble $1M In Fees In Dressing IP Fight

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 6:23 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday ordered Argentum Medical LLC and two of its top executives to pay $1 million in attorneys' fees to Noble Biomaterials Inc., after a jury found the company brought an infringement suit over a wound dressing patent in bad faith.
