Ex-Aeropostale Exec Fails To Skirt Kickback Charges

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 10:10 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday denied a former Aeropostale Inc. executive's request to dismiss criminal charges alleging he received kickbacks in exchange for doing $350 million worth of business with a New York-based supplier.

U.S. District Judge Roslynn Mauskopf said that former Aeropostale Chief Merchandising Officer Christopher Finazzo offered meritless arguments that the indictment did not directly state that his actions caused the popular clothing company financial harm.
