Texas Court Flips $21M Oil And Gas Royalty Ruling

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 7:24 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday stripped a landowner of a more than $21 million judgment against Samson Lone Star LLC, ruling that the plaintiff waited too long to allege that the company fraudulently dodged royalty payments under an oil and gas lease.
