Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 6:07 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday denied a bid to revive a pregnancy and disability discrimination suit from a former nursing home activity director who was terminated after experiencing pregnancy-related complications, ruling that her pregnancy was not considered a disability.
