Fraudster's Lawyer, Accountants Settle For $1.75M

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 4:31 PM ET) -- A South Carolina federal judge signed off Friday on two more settlements by professional service providers — an accounting firm and a law firm — in class actions filed by investors who were cheated by Ponzi schemer Albert Parish.
