Ex-ABB Exec Says FCPA Indictment May Be Time-Barred

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 7:08 PM ET) -- A former ABB Inc. general manager accused of bribing Mexican officials asked a Texas federal court Thursday to toss Foreign Corrupt Practices Act charges, contending the government may not have properly tolled the statute of limitations for obtaining foreign evidence.
