10th Circ. Backs Qwest In Fight Over FCC Rule

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 1:46 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Friday issued a ruling in favor of Qwest Corp. in a dispute over a Colorado regulator's interpretation of a federal rule determining when the telecommunications company must lease certain parts of its networks to competitors at reasonable rates.
