10th Circ. Won't Rehear $5M Fire Coverage Row En Banc

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 7:22 PM ET) -- The Tenth Circuit on Monday mostly denied a lending company's plea that it reconsider its reversal of a verdict that called for an insurer to pay the company more than $5 million in damages for denying coverage after a building fire.
