Comcast Allowed To Fire O'Reilly-Bashing TV Host: 1st Circ.

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 10:59 PM ET) -- The First Circuit on Monday upheld a Massachusetts federal court's ruling that The Comcast Network LLC did not violate television personality Barry Nolan's rights when it fired him after he publicly protested Fox News commentator Bill O'Reilly's receipt of an industry award.
