Spears' Songwriter Doesn't Hold It Against Bellamy Bros.

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 3:56 PM ET) -- A songwriter for Britney Spears’ single “Hold It Against Me” on Monday settled a Florida defamation suit against the Bellamy Brothers after the country music stars admitted the new pop song was not copied from their 1979 hit.
