Upper Deck Must Produce NBA Stars' Card Contracts

Law360, Los Angeles (August 30, 2011, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday ordered The Upper Deck Co. Inc. to turn over its licensing agreements with Michael Jordan, LeBron James and other NBA stars in a suit lodged by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar alleging that the company used his likeness on a line of college-themed trading cards without permission.
