Bath & Body Works Settles Managers' Travel Pay Dispute

Law360, Los Angeles (August 30, 2011, 5:51 PM ET) -- A California judge on Tuesday granted final approval of a settlement between Bath & Body Works LLC and a class of 2,426 store managers across the state who alleged the retailer had failed to fully reimburse them for business expenses.

The $890,000 deal approved by Judge Abraham A. Khan will be used in part to repay Bath & Body Works managers and co-managers who were allegedly forced to use personal vehicles to run errands for the company and rarely reimbursed for the cost of mileage....
