Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 7:45 PM ET) -- Jackson Kelly PLLC said Tuesday that a former general counsel for Massey Energy Co. would rejoin the Charleston, W.Va.-based firm in September, in a move that comes soon after the firm reunited with the ex-general counsel for International Coal Group Inc.
The new addition, Shane Harvey, began serving as Massey's general counsel in 2008, and became a senior vice president with Alpha Natural Resources Inc. after it bought the beleaguered miner for $7.1 billion in January.
