Microsoft Asks ITC To End Game Controller Probe

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 5:04 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. on Monday dropped its patent infringement claims over Datel Holdings Ltd.'s video game controllers after the British company said it had stopped importing the products into the U.S. amid a broader patent and antitrust battle between the two companies.
