LG, Panasonic, Others Sued Over TV Processing Patent

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 3:55 PM EDT) -- Innovus Prime LLC accused LG Electronics Inc., Panasonic Corp. and several other electronics makers in California federal court on Friday of infringing one of its television picture processing patents.

The Santa Clara, Calif.-based patent-holding company claims the manufacturers violated a 1994 patent that covers a way to process picture signals to create a better image.
