Baxter Sues Teva Over Propofol Indemnity Pact

Law360, Wilmington (August 31, 2011, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Baxter Healthcare Corp. filed suit Tuesday to back up an indemnity agreement obligating Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. to pay Baxter’s portion of damages in lawsuits alleging the drugmakers’ improper marketing of anesthetic Propofol led to an outbreak of hepatitis C.
