Law360, New York (September 02, 2011, 1:18 PM ET) -- Wi-LAN Inc. on Thursday took Apple Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co. and other tech giants to court in Texas for allegedly infringing two widely asserted patents covering wireless handset technology.
