O'Melveny, Debevoise Rep AIG In Aircraft Unit IPO

Law360, New York (September 02, 2011, 2:18 PM ET) -- American International Group Inc.'s profitable aircraft leasing unit International Lease Finance Corp. filed for an initial public stock offering Friday that could inject billions of dollars into the insurer's operations — but the companies warned potential investors about ILFC's debt.
