Travelers Ordered To Cover Lighting Co.’s IP Fights

Law360, New York (September 7, 2011, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday ruled that the Travelers Indemnity Co. must reimburse Bridge Metal Industries LLC for expenses it incurred fighting two trade dress lawsuits, nixing Travelers' claims that the actions were not covered under the lighting manufacturer's policy.
