Feds Charge 91 With $300M In Medicare Fraud

Law360, New York (September 07, 2011, 5:21 PM ET) -- A nationwide Medicare fraud and kickbacks crackdown has resulted in criminal charges against 91 defendants — including doctors and nurses — collectively accused of bilking the U.S. of $295 million and putting patients' personal information at risk, the U.S. Department of Justice said Wednesday.
