Law360, New York (September 7, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court's ruling that a consumer class action against several automobile insurers, including Home State County Mutual Insurance Co., did not belong in federal court because most of the plaintiffs and defendants reside in Texas.
