Law360, New York (September 07, 2011, 8:10 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday preserved an inequitable conduct claim against Verizon Communications Inc. in TiVo Inc.'s patent infringement suit against the company, ruling TiVo had sufficiently alleged that an attorney prosecuting a Verizon patent had intended to deceive the patent examiner.
