Law360, New York (September 07, 2011, 10:55 PM ET) -- A federal judge sentenced a former employee of expert networking firm Primary Global Research LLC to two years' probation Wednesday after he pled guilty to helping pass along inside information from company executives to hedge fund clients in a securities fraud scheme.
In addition to the probation, U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff fined Don Ching Trang Chu $2,500 for the conspiracy charges to which he pled guilty in New York federal court in June, according to his attorney James DeVita of Day Pitney LLP....
