Law360, San Diego (September 09, 2011, 12:00 PM ET) -- The co-founder of Multimedia Games Inc. on Thursday lodged a suit in Oklahoma federal court alleging entertainment company Game Show Network LLC infringed a gaming patent.
John Stephenson, who helped found the company that has become the main manufacturer and supplier of video gaming machines for tribal casinos in the U.S. and Canada, lodged his complaint against Santa Monica, Calif.-based GSN and its Newton, Mass.-based unit, WorldWinner.com Inc.
