TomorrowNow Pleads Guilty To Oracle Software Theft

Law360, New York (September 08, 2011, 11:08 PM ET) -- Defunct SAP AG software unit TomorrowNow Inc. pled guilty Thursday in California federal court to criminal charges stemming from illegal downloads of Oracle Corp. proprietary information that led to a $1.3 billion jury verdict for Oracle in November.

TomorrowNow agreed to plead guilty to 11 counts of unauthorized access to a protected computer with intent to defraud and obtain something of value and one count of criminal infringement of a copyright, according to the stipulation filed with the Northern District of California.
