Apple, Motorola, Others Caught In Video Streaming IP Suit

Law360, New York (September 09, 2011, 1:47 PM ET) -- A group of technology companies including Apple Inc., Google Inc. and Motorola Mobility Inc. were hit with a suit in Texas federal court Thursday claiming that smartphones like Apple’s iPhone and tablets like Motorola’s Xoom infringe a Lochner Technologies LLC video streaming patent.
