Law360, New York (September 09, 2011, 3:36 PM ET) -- A U.K. Anheuser-Busch InBev NV unit recalled certain batches of the Stella Artois Cidre brand of cider Friday after two consumers suffered minor injuries when yeast contamination caused the alcoholic beverage's glass bottle to burst.
The recall of the beverage, which is only available in the U.K., was announced by InBev U.K. Ltd. and the U.K. Food Standards Agency. It affects three batches of cider, which are at risk of overfermenting and exploding because of the contamination.
