DOD Targets Unconstitutional Minority Contractor Policy

Law360, New York (September 9, 2011, 4:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense on Friday proposed killing a policy that benefited small minority-owned businesses seeking government contracts after a court ruled it was unconstitutional, but left alone financial incentives that help such companies win subcontracts.
