Law360, New York (September 09, 2011, 6:29 PM ET) -- Rambus Inc. said Friday that it is considering challenging recent decisions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that rejected parts of two memory controller patents that have been at the center of Rambus victories at the U.S. International Trade Commission.
The USPTO's Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences tossed a slew of claims from the two so-called Barth patents for dynamic random access memory technology in a pair of decisions issued Sept. 1 in related re-examination proceedings lodged by Nvidia Corp.
