Law360, New York (September 09, 2011, 8:18 PM ET) -- Online marketer Next Jump Inc. fired back at Borders Group Inc. on Friday, answering the bankrupt bookstore chain's adversary proceeding over the management of Borders' customer rewards program with counterclaims for fraud and breach of contract.
