CORRECTED: Versata Gets $345M Award Boosted In SAP Patent Suit

Law360, New York (September 09, 2011, 9:12 PM ET) -- A Texas federal magistrate judge on Friday increased Versata Software Inc.'s $345 million jury award in its patent infringement row with business-management software maker SAP America Inc., tacking on $63 million in prejudgment interest.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham IV's prejudgment interest award bumped Versata's jury win to $391 million after $16 million was deducted.
