Law360, San Diego (September 13, 2011, 3:10 PM ET) -- Nixon Peabody LLP announced Monday it had snagged the former Boston office chairman of Foley & Lardner LLP’s intellectual property department with expertise in the technology and life sciences industries, as well as a litigator from the firm.
John T. Gutkoski, a trial attorney who served as Foley’s office chairman, joined Nixon Peabody’s Boston IP team as a partner, the announcement said. Michelle Flores, who held an in-house position at Exxon Mobil Corp. earlier in her career, signed on with the firm as counsel, it said....
