Hancock Park Settles WARN Act Suit Over Plant Closing

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 1:50 PM ET) -- A settlement deal approved Monday resolved a class action against private equity firm Hancock Park Associates LLP by former employees of Barcalounger Inc. and American of Martinsville Inc. who said they didn't get 60 days' advance notice before being terminated as part of a plant closing.
