Ex-Factory Workers Sue Chemtura, Others Over Diacetyl

Law360, Chicago (September 12, 2011, 5:47 PM EDT) -- Former employees of animal food flavoring maker Feed Flavors Inc. sued Chemtura Corp. and a host of other diacetyl manufacturers and sellers in Illinois state court Friday, alleging their exposure to the flavoring agent on the job caused them to contract a respiratory disease.
