Ex-MediSys CEO Found Guilty Of Honest Services Fraud

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 5:20 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday found former MediSys Health Network Inc. CEO David Rosen guilty of honest services fraud for bribing three New York legislators in exchange for state funds and other benefits for the company.

Rosen was accused of bribing former New York State Assemblyman Anthony Seminerio, Assemblyman William Boyland Jr. and state Sen.
