Law360, New York (June 18, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC said Monday that it will soon merge with Lewis Fisher Henderson & Claxton LLP, thus continuing its torrid pace of expansion.
The firm, which is the nation’s third largest labor and employment law firm, has tripled in size over the past six years, according to Joseph Beachboard, a shareholder and the chair of Ogletree's client services committee.
